I often give this as a gift to my older acquaintances. It’s great for boosting your energy when you're feeling fatigued, catching a cold, recovering from an illness, or when your immune system feels a bit low.

Slightly stronger than the pouches I usually get from this brand, but easier to take on the go. I've never had any negative side effects, and I use these in place of caffeine, which I am sensitive to. Note though if you are traveling overseas, these contain honey, and can't be brought through customs in many places. The ingredients aren't always accurately listed in the descriptions.

Received my Korean red gingseng. After reading reviews of the taste I was nervous to try it. But it really isn't that bad at all. I could easily drink it without gagging. I have the grapefruit flavor one but it almost taste like a soy sauce to me. So if you like soy sauce then you will like this. I'm a big coffee drinker and I'm happy this Korean red Ginseng works to help me keep going through the day. I will be back for more!

My husband tested this and had no ill effects. He said the (Grapefruit flavor) taste was "different but not unpleasant". The convenient, individual squeeze packets are easy to use and handy to take on the go. In the short time he has been using this, he said that his energy level appeared to increase. I'll update this review after 1mo of use with any changes. This product comes well presented in tamper evident packaging. I received this in 10/2025 and it came with an expiration date of 1/2027 It's early days to rate the value for the money. So far so good. YMMV.

I tried this product but wasn’t impressed compared to others I’ve used. The taste and overall quality didn’t meet my expectations, and I found alternative brands to be more effective and enjoyable. This one just didn’t stand out for me
