I was losing literal multiple handfuls of hair daily postpartum, it was absolutely terrifying. Within about 3 days of taking these I started noticing less hair falling out. I’ve been taking them for about 3 weeks now and while I’m still losing a small bit of hair, it’s no longer concerning. I have also always had terribly brittle nails that break off no matter what prenatals/biotin etc I take but my nails have been stronger and longer than ever since taking these! My itchy skin and scalp are feeling better, I’m more regular, less tired and my mood is much more stable! I had really bad postpartum depression with my first, debilitating anxiety with my second, and had my doctors on standby ready to feel awful with my 3rd but I have been totally mentally stable despite being completely sleep deprived. I may be a little impatient but I haven’t experienced the PP rage I felt last time either. I don’t know if that has anything to do with taking colostrum but it’s about the only thing I’ve done differently this time around so I figured it was worth noting. I would recommend anyone to try at least taking a bottle of these, they are inexpensive and if you don’t start to see the effects right away, you don’t lose much. I thought it would take a lot longer to see results but I have been absolutely blown away in the best way!
