I was never too concerned about the flavor, as long as I could drink it. It tastes like a flavored seltzer. As far as glucose control, it seems to work very well, within reason. I had 2 chicken thighs coated with breadcrumbs, plus a fairly large baked potato. I started out with a glucose of 98, and it never went higher than 110 for the next 2 hours. And OF COURSE(!) I put it to a REAL test. I had a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on 2 thick pieces of sourdough toast, having one of those individual fruit pies for dessert. My glucose went from 110 to 205. Gotta keep it real, I guess.

I love this. I'm diabetic and am often thirsty. Nothing quenched my thirst like these sparkling waters, and they taste wonderful. No sweeteners whatsoever, but wonder natural tasting fruit essence. I love all three of these flavors. I had tried the sea berry and disliked that flavor.

These drinks are pitiful. Tried a few and had to throw the rest away. I wanted them to work and help with my blood sugar control but I could not handle the taste. A good way to ruin a meal.

I received my product with less than half the water in the cans and bloated cans. There was no leakage upon arrival or puncture in the cans but one box had cans not filled all the way which is a factory issue. Eventually some bursted and leaked, the ones that seemed a bit bloated. I am disappointed because this is my second order as I really liked the taste of this drink but I can't return this and now paid for a product I can't drink. Very upsetting. Update - the company contacted me and made this right so I'm updating my review. They didn't ask me to do that but I was about to order another box so I didn't feel right leaving it at one star. I really like how this drink tastes! I hope that my next order has no issues. I wish the stores near me carried more flavors.

Wow. It actually works. First can and I didn't spike much after lunch. Super delicious too.

I've reviewed several sparkling waters from Amazon and my usual note to people is that you'll be disappointed if you expect full flavor, but you might be pleasantly surprised if you expect no flavor and can appreciate the subtleties. I'm afraid this product doesn't reach that goal. It is lightly sparkling water with a glossy presentation and a bare minimum of flavor. As one of the other reviewers noted, I don't think I could tell them apart in a blind taste test. Amazon won't let us comment on any perceived health benefits; the manufacturer's website does link to some early studies suggesting chromium and a mix of amino acids can help control measured blood sugar levels after eating high-carb meals, but it's not at all clear whether you'll feel any different in the moment, or if there could be any long-term benefits.

Excellent. Drink as directed helps me not crave sugar after eating. Flavor is subtle, is not fruit soda, but is delightful to drink before and during meal. Comes BEAUTIFULLY & sturdily boxed so no worry about dented cans. Spoke with supplier who said they’d replace any damaged cans if occurs.
