Gave this a optimistic try and was impressed with the results. I stored dry ingredients for a bread mix "kit" in several quart size jars and used this to seal them. Lids are tight and it sealed six jars and used on 20% of it's battery. A week later and there's no sign of leaking. Indicators and display are very intuitive. Handy gadget for the money.

I really like this vacuum sealer but mine only works when sealing wide mouth jars. I cannot seal regular mouth jars or even small jelly jars. I've tried many times but the section of the device made for sealing regular mouth jars is very very tight. When I pull off the device, it's very difficult to remove and it removes the lid. So I have to use oxygen absorbers instead. Notice in my photo that the wide mouth sealer gasket is very flush in place but the one below it is the regular mouth sealer and the gasket is not flush inside the device. I've tried to adjust it with no success. The wide mouth sealer also does not hold a seal when sealing powdery items like flour or garlic/onion powder. It takes about 24 to 48 hours but it always loses the seal. I've tried the youtube suggested tricks of using coffee filters and cupcake papers to keep the powder in place but that method is also not fully effective or reliable. The wide mouth sealer does work great for sealing items such as dry pasta, cereals, grains and seeds so I will continue using it.

Works perfect on regular and wide mouth. Seals quickly and was able to seal almost three dozen jars and still had 74% charge left. Fun and easy to use. Used on a variety of beans, rices, flours, cornmeal, even marshmallows. Definitely recommend.

this product works well for both regular and wide mouth jars, it’s pretty easy to use and is effective. it charges quite fast and can be used while charging which is a feature i like. it looks nice and feels sturdy with abit of weight to it. definitely a great tool to have for increasing shelf life of dried food.

Seals well, easy to use, good quality, great design and color choices, small for storage, haven’t had to clean it.

I like to store my dry goods like sugar and flour in mason jars. I’ve now started storing my leftovers in the jars because this helps keep them fresh longer. Super simple to use. Just put it on top of the jar with its sealing lid and push the button on top. About a minute later it’s nice and air tight. Buying extra to give as presents.

It works just as it says. I used a used lid and it sealed up the jar like it was new. It was fast and easy to use. Came with a charge already . It stores easily in a cupboard or on a shelf does need a lot of room.

Very adequate replacement for any FoodSaver accessory attachment. High capacity battery, impressive interval between recharge. Straight and simple operation, easy time & remaining power level readout. Couldn't do without it now :)

I have just received this machine and I really can't stop playing with it. It works a treat and does exactly as it says on the box, can't tell about the longevity but certainly seems to be well manufactured. I would highly recommend as I'm sure it will extend the storage life of many of my products.

I really liked using this product. It worked really well on all of my small and wide mouth jars. Doesnt work on Gem jars. But they are being phased put here in Canada, no where to find lids for them.
