I’ve had this for about 3 months, I have multiple little kids under the age of 8 and a golden retriever, and our backyard is dirt. We just install new tile but it is dark and shows EVERYTHING, and finding the time to keep it clean was beginning to feel like a never ending chore/nightmare. This thing is worth it and it works! I do have some tips for those who said it leaves streaking, so check that out below. I would have maybe given it 4.5 stars because I feel the cleaning solution could be a little stronger, but it is still so effective I don’t think it’s worth subtracting stars from the review. And my tips help that out a lot: 1. Use more soap (I found using 2-3 times the recommended amount works for us and leaves less streaking and residue. They don’t recommend using much so it doesn’t affect how quickly the bottle goes. And fortunately the refill bottle is 5x bigger than the small one that comes with the vacuum so it’s still price effective). 2. Replace the roller. Because we have such heavy duty cleaning that needs to be done, i plan to replace the roller at least every other month, although maybe I should replace it once a month I am just being cheap. Ordering replacement rollers is easy though! 3. Go over the same spot more than once. It’s like a regular mop, you can’t pass over things once and expect it to get perfectly clean. But 2-3 passes is usually sufficient. 4. Put it on the charging dock for self cleaning between rooms. Again, like a regular mop that needs rinsing every few feet, except this doesn’t need as much as that. But between cleaning rooms I’ll have it self clean, if the floors are especially dirty. And that seems to make a huge difference. 5. Occasionally when I want a deep clean, I “pre spray” the tile with Odoban tile cleaner (the blue packaged one) in an industrial spray bottle and then go over that with the Dreame. I know it says to never use another type of cleaner so this is my compromise if I want a super deep clean after I haven’t cleaned in several days. It seems to be fine, I have only done that twice though. And I have to empty the dirty water more often during the cleaning but otherwise doesn’t seem to affect the machine if I do it that way. Some other notes: battery is great. We have a 2050sqft home and even on days when I am mop vaccing everything it’s only ever gotten down to 40% so the battery lasts a great long time! If you forget to empty the dirty water tank it will start to smell. But it’s easy to empty and clean. I usually have it run the self clean cycle twice once I am completely done (again because we have so much dirt it needs to clean). It will still occasionally leave a streak, even after I have done all of this. But I think I only notice it because our tile is so dark. If it wasn’t for that I would not see it, and it leaves no residue, floors so clean and nice afterwards. Because I can use it every day, I don’t mind an occasional streak for having otherwise spotless floors! It’s worth the money in my opinion, I’m curious to see how long the life of the machine actually is with all the hard work it has to do at our house. But if it only lasted a year I would still consider it worth it for our personal sanity and home hygiene!

It actually works well and saves a ton of effort, which makes a big difference since nobody wants to deal with cleaning the cleaner after every use. The cherry on top for me is the lie-flat feature. Being able to fully flatten it and reach under furniture and into those hard-to-get areas is a game changer. It makes cleaning feel more complete instead of just doing the visible spots. It saves time, cleans better, and makes the whole process easier. Definitely worth it if you have hard floors and want something efficient and low maintenance.

I’ve been using the Dreame H14 for about three weeks now, and unfortunately, it has been a deeply frustrating experience. For a wet/dry vacuum at this premium price point, I expected top-tier performance, but it falls completely short and makes cleaning more of a hassle than a help. Here are the main issues I’ve run into: Weak Cleaning Power: I really wish the scrubber applied more downward pressure to actually scrub the floor. It struggles with anything beyond a light surface clean. On top of that, the suction power is surprisingly weak, leaving a lot to be desired. Constant Errors: The dirty water bin is incredibly finicky. It gives me constant error codes, forcing me to stop and mess with the machine right in the middle of cleaning. Annoying to Refill: The clean water tank is entirely too small for a vacuum of this size. You end up having to stop and refill it constantly just to get through a normal-sized room. Exhausting to Use: The H14 is very, very heavy and physically tiring to push around the house. It is also deafeningly loud while running. Storage Nightmare: It is incredibly bulky and takes up a massive amount of space in my closet. The Verdict: Given how expensive it is, the Dreame H14 is absolutely not worth the money or the headache. It is loud, heavy, and fails at its basic cleaning functions. I deeply regret this purchase and really wish I could just get a refund. Save your money and look elsewhere!

I recently purchased the Dreame cordless vacuum, and I’m honestly so impressed. The suction power is amazing. it picks up dust and debris with ease. What I love most is that it vacuums and mops at the same time, with normal noise level. which saves me so much time. It leaves my floors looking clean and fresh in one go without needing to go over them twice. It’s also lightweight and super easy to move around, even in tight spaces. The battery lasts long enough for me to clean my whole home. Overall, this vacuum has made cleaning so much quicker and easier for me. Definitely worth it I highly recommend it!

I do loves this vac/mop. it is very handy, but if you don't pre sweep or pre vacuum and clean it after every single use it can get clogged up-that's my reason for deducting one star. my least favorite part is cleaning it, I think they make it look easier than it is in the tiktoks, but it's not really difficult to clean, it's more gross and hair can get wrapped around the roller brush which is why I do recommend first sweeping or vacuuming. I was kinda hoping I wouldn't have to do that, but it Is what it is... there is no one silver bullet for life, so don't expect this to be either. the sucking power is very good, it tries to get cords and stuff that I'm not trying to pick up; which I do appreciate the suction -it does a very good job with that and the moping does well, too. my 10 yo can use it without any issues, that's one of her chores, I would recommend getting it on a Black Friday deal, I'm not sure what my husband got it for since it was a gift. There are three suction options one normal, two ultra, and three suction only -I believe that is just for liquids only. it is easy to put together, you do have to buy replacement filters and roller brush, but it does self cleaning so that does help the purchase to be not as frequent. it's speedy, value is there if you get a sale, and it is not too bulky, I just get some lysol wipes and clean around the roller. you do get an extra filter. I did have an issue when I first got it, my self cleaning was not working, I couldn't get a full refund on it if I sent it back, my options were a possible partial refund, or a replacement so I went for a replacement, I have not had any issues with the replacement. it is so handy. I do have stairs, but I don't use it on them, another reason why I will get a regular stick vacuum, just trying to decide which I need. so this is a great vac mop, I know there are a lot to choose from right now; if you find one at a decent price (250 or less) I think it would be worth it, I don't think it would be with the $500 price tag.

The suction is really good and able to clean dust and any messes in the kitchen. The self clean with hot water wash and air dry helps maintain the brush fresh and ready within minutes. The cordless battery life has been good for cleaning the whole main floor and all the bathrooms on the same day without losing performance or needing to charge the battery again. This vacuum mop is efficient, convenient, and effective in houses that have hard floors and with messy young kids. /

I bought the Dreame H14 and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. It is a 2-in-1 type vacuum cleaner that vacuums and scrubs at the same time, which saves a lot of time in daily cleaning. What I like the most is its suction power, which is quite strong and collects both dust and liquids without problem. In addition, it cleans difficult stains very well without leaving marks on the floor. Another strong point is that it cleans itself with hot water and then dries with hot air, so you don't have to be washing the roller manually, which is super practical. I also highlight its design that reclines completely, which allows you to clean under furniture easily, something that not all vacuum cleaners do. As for the battery, it lasts long enough to clean a medium-sized apartment or house without the need to recharge (about 30–35 minutes).

Amé esta aspiradora. Trapea y aspira al mismo tiempo, tiene para cortar pelos y así no se atoren, requiere mínimo de agua y limpiador (chequen bien las instrucciones), se limpia sola, es muy fácil de usar, quita hasta manchas difíciles (pasándola más veces sobre las manchas), se inclina a 180° para limpiar bajo los muebles y la batería dura lo suficiente para limpiar toda la casa (2 hr aprox). Me ahorra mucho tiempo para limpiar mis pisos, es una maravilla! Les recomiendo buscar videos de usuarios para que conozcan su uso y comparen con otras marcas y versiones :)

Este producto supero todas mis expectativas como la siguiente generación en equipo de limpieza para la casa! Vivo en una zona desértica, donde hay que lidiar con polvo constantemente, ademas tengo un par de perros que viven dentro de la casa. Con esta aspiradora/trapeadora no necesito mas para mantener los pisos limpios, sin polvo, pelusa, pelo de las mascotas o cualquier otra suciedad, ademas usando el liquido limpiador también deja un aroma suave pero agradable. La batería dura lo suficiente para limpiar un piso completo de la casa, aprox 30 minutos y resta suficiente para la autolimpieza. La función de limpieza automática se adapta a las condiciones de suciedad en tiempo real. En cuanto a la limpieza del equipo solo hay que vaciar el deposito de gua sucia en el sanitario, enjuagar y listo! Del resto se encarga el proceso de auto-limpieza y secado, es increíble como el equipo queda como nuevo sin importar que tan sucio haya estado el piso que acabas de limpiar, así que olvídate de llenarte de polvo o tener que lidiar con la suciedad que acabas de aspirar. No es un equipo barato, pero usándolo de forma regular, rápidamente justifica la inversión.

Súper fácil de usar , es algo pesada

Falló al tercer uso y el trámite de revisión por garantía es súmamente lento y complicado. Sigo en espera de resolución. No pude devolverla a Amazon porque me mudé y no la usé por un tiempo, sola la probé una vez y la guardé, pero es increíble que un equipo tan caro falle tan rápido. Además de la falla tienes que limpiar todas las partes en cada uso y despide un olor muy desagradable, su función de autolimpieza no es suficiente, igual debes desarmar y limpiar

Me ha echo la labor de limpieza mucho más fácil...muy práctica y trabaja excelente....estoy totalmente satisfecha....la recomiendo ampliamente
