Amazing hair. Headrest doesn’t stay in place but that’s an easy fix. Sturdy and easy to build

I ordered and received 2. Assembly not too difficult. My only issue is although they are both operable, 1 has a backwards pump, so instead of putting your foot on the bar to raise and lower you have to put you foot under and apply pressure upward. Not as easy to operate, but it still works. Reasonable price and looks and feels good.

good chair it’s pretty, I’ve had it for a couple months now but it’s not very comfortable for clients after 3 hours and it’s hard to clean it stains easily . But it is sturdy & pump and recliner both work .

Do not purchase these chairs . Cheaply made & might come missing parts . The headrest is very short so most clients can’t use it unless they are reclining. Speaking of reclining all chairs after 1 week started to recline on their own . The loc feature doesn’t matter so you will get complaints of backaches due to lack of support . I ordered 6 chairs and 2 came missing parts and I can not put the chair together for my Workers . It’s been over 2 months and I have had no luck contacting the seller for a refund or return label so I’m stuck with these huge boxes and out over $600 . I had such high expectations and these chairs fell short terribly .
