I bought these thinking I was buying Ace, they look EXACTLY the same. And they do exactly the same job. The only difference is that the sizing is a little bit smaller than the name brand. I broke my ankle, and these keep my ankle properly aligned, comfortable, and aid in healing. They've kept my ankle from swelling wonderfully! These can be worn over a sock or under, and once you can comfortable put a shoe or slipper on, you can wear those over the brace. And unlike the purely compression wraps, they have a stabilizer on each side of the ankle to help keep your ankle properly aligned and to offer additional support while you heal. I'm happy with these braces, they will last for years! Good price point, good product. Two thumbs up from me!

I originally bought an ace wrap similar to this for twice as much. It didn't support as good as this one. Also the ace brace did not fit as good as this one and my foot would hurt while wearing it. The BraceUp ankle brace is half as much as the Ace, plus it has better support and fits properly my ankle is braced very well and no foot pain period. So if you have arthritis in your ankle like I do, don't look anywhere else get the BraceUp ankle brace. I recommend it highly.

MUCH better than the other two that I tried and returned one of which cost 2 1/2 times as much. It is easy to put on, solidly constructed and very comfortable. It will keep your ankle from wobbling side to side, but will not stabilize the up-and-down movement of the front of your foot relative to your leg. Maybe Amazon will have them engineer one for stabilization in both directions in the future.

I have been suffering with plantar fasciitis. I bought this to help stabilize my ankle and help reduce swelling. I wear a women’s size 8 and I ordered the medium I believe. I could have went down a size. It’s so easy to use, it has 3 straps that are easy to wrap and keeps you in charge of your compression needs. I am also able to wear this with my shoes or without..making it versatile , it does not feel bulky at all.

At the tail end of healing a fractured foot and ankle, and so far I'm really happy with this little brace! It's very comfortable to wear and walk in, easy to sleep in, and there's no velcro touching/scratching my skin. I've previously encountered the issue with other ankle braces where of the strap that goes around the ankle is not long enough so it's too tight to wear when my ankle is swollen. With this brace, however, I can not only put it on easily while my ankle is swollen but the ankle strap is long enough to still secure it nicely without it being too tight. It also has little ankle support slints down the side which were a pleasant surprise because I missed that part in the description, but what a nice surprise they were! Plus they're removable, so if you need a little less support and a little more wiggle room, you can take them out. I have not tried to wear it with a shoe yet, but overall no regrets buying this, definitely worth the $10.

This brace has been extremely helpful in helping me prevent twisting my ankle at night. I’m currently healing from Blood & Bone cancer after receiving a StemCell transplant and chemotherapy. My joints are achy in general and I sometimes wake with new problems from month to month. This right ankle pain came out of nowhere. I believe this brace was the only brace I could find with better support for under $20! The design is Sufficient and it is very flexible but sturdy. I’ve used it for about 5 days along with diclofenac patches and pain has decreased. I suggest wearing a soft crew sock or a soft compression ankle sleeve to protect your skin from any rubbing or discomfort.

seems like its a good brace once it's on. however it's too small for my foot (12.5) so it ripped the inner material each time I put it on.

Sprained my ankle could not walk on it at all bought this put it on and it gave me such great support that I could walk or hobble at least basically so huge lifesaver!! It was a miracle for me as we were going out of town. If I would not have had it I would have had to cancell my vacation completely so I highly recommend 👌

I love this. It gives me the support I need when my ankle (which I broke a few years ago) needs extra support. It is very durable and can be tightened to fit perfectly using a Velcro strap. It is a little bulky but gives excellent support when required. It is easy to use and really works.
