Great customer service- highly recommend! Monitor worked great and all of the cameras as well- around the 1 year mark no sound was being transmitted through the monitor to any of the cameras. I reached out to customer service and they emailed me some troubleshooting steps which did not work. They worked with me to try to find the issue and said I may have a faulty monitor, but possibly something with the cameras as the lullabies were not playing on all of them. The company sent me a whole monitor and camera set under the warranty which was amazing and unexpected. Very responsive customer service and really try to help the customer. Highly recommend despite the issue- the customer service has bought me to become a loyal customer to this brand

*edited* The company reached out to help me troubleshoot the issue and ended up sending me a new monitor which resolved it! They also sent some new wall mounts which was very kind. Great customer service!! Not a bad camera system but the microphone stopped working after a few months which was incredibly frustrating as that was a feature we used. Don’t like that you can’t remove a camera from the rotation if no one is in that room but we’ve adapted. Probably wouldn’t purchase again.

These cameras work great, they have a thermometer and allow you to spin the camera around along with allowing you to talk to the kids through the cameras. It even switches from color to IR mode quickly. My kids often take them and use them to play Five Nights At Freddy's (FNAF). Them not connecting to wifi is a double edged sword... you don't have to worry as much about someone hacking into your cameras from afar, but at the same time you can't check out what's going on from afar either. I'd definitely buy these again. It'd be great if you could even add on more than just the 4 cameras too.

It came in significantly sooner than I expected. The cameras went up easily and uh, using the monitor is a dream. I don't have young children.I'm using this for my senior father.It has worked wonderfully

The picture image is great but it frequently looses signal and beeps at you. It’s hard to sleep with it beeping every five minutes or so.

This monitor is great for a busy home! We did not want a monitor that could be accessed by someone outside our home and needed to be able to monitor multiple rooms. I wish it would have had a split screen monitor, but it does have the option to have it scroll through all the cameras automatically. The picture is a a bit blurry when far off, but you can still easily see what is going on.

Such an easy set up! We have it in the kids rooms and in main areas of the house, if I need one downstairs instead, I can unplug, bring it down and plug right back in. Mix is great and so is the night view.

These camera's work beautifully, the biggest issue is that there is no actual on/off switch on the individual cameras. The only way to ensure they are off is to actually plug and unplug them every time you want to use them. We have had dozens of cameras over the years, and I have never had one that you couldn't turn off. Fishing for the power cord every time we want to turn them on or off is very frustrating.
