After using the Milan Atta Chakki for a few weeks, I can clearly feel the difference in taste and freshness of homemade flour. I bought milan atta flour mill machine,it proved to be more than my expectations. Very good and easy to handle. The USP OF THE COMPANY IS THAT THEY CONTINUOUSLY FOLLOW UP THE PARTIES TO KNOW IF THEIR IS ANY PROBLEM. THE DOOR WAS A BIT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT SO THEY REPLACED WITH A NEW MACHINE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT ANY EXCUSES. I WISH ALL SUCCESS TO THE TEAM OF MILAN. Product Quality & Performance : The product quality is extremely disappointing and falls far below basic expectations. It feels cheap, does not function as advertised, and broke almost immediately after minimal use. Investing money in this item turned out to be a complete waste, as it completely fails to deliver on its promises. Customer Support & Return Issues: The experience became even worse when trying to resolve the issue with the manufacturer and customer support. Response from the seller/company was unhelpful and dismissive. The return and refund process through Amazon was tedious, slow, and lacked proper resolution. Neither side took accountability for delivering a defective product.
