Does the dashcam need to be plugged in at all times, or does it have a battery? What is the size of the screen?

1. The dashcam operates with a car charger and does not have a battery. 2. The screen size is 3.0 inches (approximately 7.6 cm).

How do I activate the 24-hour parking monitoring function of the dash cam?

To activate the 24-hour parking monitoring function of this dash cam, you will need a special USB-C hardwire kit (ASIN: B0CRHJQ3WQ, NOT INCLUDED). Please purchase the kit separately.

Do I need to buy an SD card to use this dash cam? Which memory card is recommended?

This dash cam supports memory cards from 32 GB to 512 GB. A free 64 GB U3 microSD card is included. If you need to purchase a new one, we recommend a U3 Class 10 microSD card from Miofive.

Unable to record videos?

Please confirm that the sd card is compatible. Check if the sd card is properly inserted into the dashcam. Regularly delete locked videos to avoid recording issues due to a full sd card.

1. Make sure that the lens of the dashcam is clean and free of obstacles that could affect video quality. 2. Please download the video and then view it with better clarity.
