This groomer works well and the attachments are quality. I use it several times a week and it's holding up well. Battery life is good but what is really good is that I accidentally dropped the unit with foil shaver head on it and broke the foil. I inquired about getting a replacement foil head and they sent me an entire new unit with all the attachments. That to me is great customer service above and beyond. I am definitely a fan of not only the shaver but the company. Would highly recommend this shaver.

Unfortunately after less than 7 months of use, it no longer will hold a charge. Otherwise it was amazing and as far as the shaving experience and all of the included attachments, they were great and I never knicked myself once. All that to say, kind of pointless and irrelevant if I can't even get a solid 2 years out of my trimmer. Edit: After writing initial 2 star review, the seller reached out and offered to replace or refund the product with no complaint or issue. I have since received the replacement and am happy with the customer service.

Followed another poster's suggestion and started with the v-shaped trimmer throughout the nether region (male) and finished with the micro shaver head. I usually get irritated by electric shavers - this one worked great and caused no irritation. Instructions say to "push the skin guard attachment into the v-shaped head," but there is no separate attachment - must be built in - when I asked Rufus the answer was that there is no additional skin guard for the v-shaped head - didn't need anything else. The beard hair trimmer is useless at trimming my mustache, but that is not what I bought this one for. Battery depleting very slowly - digital power display is nice. A good product for a great price.

Press the button on the front to turn it on, and press it again to turn it off. The charge level is clearly displayed on the LED screen. It produces a typical noise level and feels substantial in the hand. For travel safety, there is a soft lockout mode activated by holding the power button for three seconds. The integrated battery offers about 60 minutes of use after a 90-minute charge. The T-Blade clipper head trims very close to the skin and features a convenient length guard with nine adjustable settings. The body clipper head is also near 0-gapped and is designed to reach areas that the T-Blade might struggle with, especially around skin folds. Using the V-shaped length guard is advisable for sensitive areas. Switching between heads is easy since they are held magnetically, and snap on and off effortlessly. However, I believe that the plastic components that engage with the rotating shaft may wear out over time. So, definitely something to keep in mind. The T-Blade and body clipper heads perform well, as does the nose hair trimmer, although the latter lacks a screw-off top for easy cleaning. The foil shaver is unfortunately less effective, and using your favorite dedicated foil shaver is definitely recommended. Overall, this kit is quite practical and efficient. Here are a few negative that I discovered while using this shaver: - Charging block not included - No clipper oil included - Plastic components in interchangeable heads - Nose hair trimmer lacks easy blade removal for cleaning - Foil shaver head is not very effective

I purchased this product and it worked great, but after a few months, the trimmer stopped working. It would not charge and it would not turn on. I contacted Amazon but I was out of my return window so I contacted Maxgroom directly. They were super helpful. I sent them my proof of purchase and they shipped me a replacement right away, no questions asked. I can't say enough good things about the company. It's hard to find a company that really stands behind it's product and takes care of it's customers. Thanks again Maxgroom!

Greatest shaver I’ve ever had, the versatility and battery life is amazing and reliable. Never Nick myself and it’s easy to clean. Absolutely purchase this one.

l love this little kit. I use it for my underarms, my legs & my growing area (bikini area) I love that it has different cutting blades and cutting techniques you can use.

Things that I like about the trimmer are the magnetic locking of the various attachments, the overall feel of the device and its attachments, the state of charge as the item was received from the box, instruction pamphlet, inclusion of a charge cord, bag for the device and its attachments and the use of what appears to be metal cutting blades vs. plastic against metal. Things that I did not like - 1) Does not actually cut that well. Trying for the first time I actually had to go get my plug in hair trimmers because the device was not cutting almost at all. I got nipped pretty good when using the right angle attachment (there is no depth adjustment to the either trimmer heads that I can see). Neither the right angle or the straight head trimmer attachment does well at cutting (at least the device I received). I can not speak directly to durability because I have only used the device once, but I assume it would be a lasting device due to the appearance and feel. I am in thought though at the moment to return the item as it fails to do what I purchased it to do, which is to trim excess body hair. I personally wanted to like this trimmer a lot, but unfortunately I couldn't get there.

Can't recommend it , if your worried about nicks avoid this product , I got nicks even with the guard on , also the adjustable head is very unreliable will easily change modes while shaving , the only good thing is the small size foil head at this point.

It’s a Good trimmer. I like all of it’s accessories, and how easy it is to switch out the heads. The battery display is also something I like. Great for keeping track of how much use you can get before having to recharge. And if you encounter a problem, the support team will go above & beyond.
