I thought that I would just fix problems and symptoms with more gentle methods but now learning that it’s not about fixing symptoms but by realizing that a physical symptom is already a manifestation of prior process, on different layers. I’m still reading it. It’s nit a speedy and breezy read yet it’s not complicated but still transformational. Organized very well with a summary for most chapters.
