All you have to do is squeeze and enjoy. It's that easy. This has B vitamins in a bioavailable liquid. MIO is a high-quality water enhancer that can give you up to 24 glasses of water per bottle. Truly a great value. Plus, it got my mother to stop drinking carbonated flavored water.

Well packaged and no leaking, plus this price for 4 was way cheaper than buying the same thing at the local grocery markets.
