Wish the water reservoir was bigger but other wise it is light, easy to use, simple to efficient design.

Dear Customer Service Team, I purchased a Karcher SC 1 Upright Steam Cleaner, and although I have used it only a few times, it suddenly stopped working. Additionally, the product requires a cartridge replacement every four months, but I have not been able to find the cartridge available for purchase anywhere. Does not do the results u hope for.. i went back to using normal mops from Valeda

I was really very happy with my steamer but all of a sudden stopt working within 15 days, just one day after the return date. No warranty it seems so lost 299 AED and have nothing. Safe to say I am very disappointed. I cannot believe this is a real Karcher because why only 15 days warranty? That's not normal.

Works very well bit hard move but easy.

Bought as a second, works well butcord ridiculously short

It was packaged well in quite a compact box. Unboxing and assembly was simple. The build quality is very good. Generally the unit feels sturdy. The handle isn’t as solid but I see no issues. Setting up the device is very simple. Install the anti-limescale cartridge, attached the pad and fill removable water tank. I really recommend using deionised water if you have hard water. Due to the size of the tank a 2.5l bottle from the supermarket will last a good while. The device performs really well. Floors come out really clean and dry very fast. The cable is on the short side but this isn’t really an issue for me. The tank is also small but again not an issue. Really do recommend!

This is an updated review after my original good one today was it's 2nd use and it steamed kitchen floor well as expected but has now stopped producing any steam at all on 2nd only time it's been used and is now in garage waiting ro be dumped I am very annoyed and disappointed I can't even box up and send it back as box has now gone and I am disabled from a stroke and couldn't box it again anyway. i got this purely for the company good name but if it were allowed I could headline title as something near the company name that would sum it up perfectly use your imagination.
