Plugged it in and it immediately started popping and smoking. I think that it was on for a total of 20 seconds before I unplugged it due to fire risk! DONT BUY! Returned it as soon as I possibly could requested return yesterday, sent off today!

I use this to warm towels for my facials and massages. I have to take them out and let them sit for a few minutes before use because of the heat coming off of them. There is no temperature gauge to lower the heat. But overall I love it!

I love this little warmer! The only thing i wish it had was a timer/emergency shut off. I have accidentally left it on too long which scared me! So i set a phone timer when i use it now! It is so easy to use! Plug it in, wet the towel, turn on the warmer and it keeps things perfectly hot! I highly recommend for the money it is perfect!

I got this to help with my in-home salon and provide warm towels for my customers. I love this machine becasue it warms up the towels so quickly. For the price, this is a steal, and it's nice and portable. I hide it in my closet and it fits perfectly

It's a great little thing. Definitely gets the towels hot.
