This is Levi. He’s a 7 month old Rottweiler :) He loves chewing anything rubbery and thinks they’re toys, so after using mitts, combs, brushes and things like Kong Zoom Groom (as recommended by other Rottweiler owners), I had just given in to paying a groomer to bath and brush him fortnightly because he would try and chase and chew the brushes. Also the products I used also never seemed to get his coat properly brushed and I was just sick of spending money to try all of these things! 😅 this Groomi was the last resort and I prayed it wasn’t another gimmick. This is a GAME CHANGER. Firstly he actually enjoys being brushed by this and doesn’t try to eat it, which is amazing on its own and makes the process so much easier! The teeth are exactly the right length to get his coat properly brushed and the knots out, whilst also deshedding really effectively. It’s easy to hold and angle around his legs. I was afraid of it hurting him or getting caught because I’d seen other reviews that have mentioned the sharp teeth cutting their dogs skin, which I can definitely see how that is possible if you have a very short/fine haired dog or it’s a skinny breed, but this is perfect for him! I can also see this working quite well on slightly longer haired breeds. It’s super easy to clean and would spend twice what I paid for it! The only thing is that I could brush him with this all day and still come away with fluff 😂 it’s quite addictive lol. I don’t often write detailed reviews but hopefully this will be a decider for other rottie owners, as I know I would have found this helpful in my search for a decent deshedding tool. Worth every penny, just wish I had got this first 😂

Very good for short hair dogs to remove undercoat. I got so much hair off my staffie and has removed all of her loose hair thats making her itch. Would absolutly rebuy

Blue vs. The Groomi: A Fur-nado in Progress As the owner of Blue, my Cane Corso cross Staffy (approximately the size of a small horse and capable of shedding enough fur to knit a second dog), I was very interested to see whether the Groomi could make a dent in his endless fluff production. After the first grooming session, I genuinely questioned how Blue wasn’t bald. The amount of loose hair this thing removed was astonishing. It pulled out all the dead undercoat and loose fur without yanking or causing any obvious discomfort. In fact, after the initial suspicious side-eye, Blue seemed quite happy to stand there while I continued grooming him. The design is simple but very effective. The wide, shallow comb glides through the coat nicely and doesn’t feel harsh against the skin. Unlike some grooming tools I’ve tried, it doesn’t snag or get clogged every few strokes. It was particularly impressive around Blue’s thicker areas where loose fur tends to gather. The biggest surprise was how much cleaner the house felt afterwards. Usually, I find Blue’s fur everywhere – on the sofa, in my coffee, somehow even inside closed cupboards. After a thorough session with the Groomi, there was noticeably less floating fur drifting through the house like tumbleweed. Pros: ✔ Removes an incredible amount of loose fur and undercoat ✔ Gentle on the skin and coat ✔ Easy to hold and manoeuvre ✔ Suitable for a wide range of coat types ✔ Helps reduce shedding around the home ✔ Easy to clean after use Cons: ✘ The amount of fur it removes may leave you questioning the laws of physics ✘ Expect a sizeable pile of hair after grooming – have a bin bag nearby ✘ Pets may initially be suspicious when they realise you’re stealing half their fluff Final Thoughts: This is one of those products that actually lives up to its claims. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and extremely effective at removing loose hair without irritating the animal. Whether you have a dog, cat, rabbit, horse, or in my case a furry beast capable of generating enough hair to insulate a loft, the Groomi is a fantastic grooming tool. Blue may never forgive me for reducing his ability to leave fur on every item of clothing I own, but my vacuum cleaner certainly appreciates it. Highly recommended.

Good at getting deeper hair off. Please be careful as the metal teeth used are quite sharp and easily graze or cut hands if not careful. Labrador loves it and just let's us groom him though. Would recommend

This is an excellent grooming brush. I am amazed at the amount of fine undercoat fluff which comes out each time I use it on our elderly cat. He is not as flexible as he used to be & sometimes struggles to clean himself. The teeth on this brush are very short but also very effective. I have to use the brush outside because of the sheer amount of fluff it removes, you wouldn't want it floating around the house. Fortunately the cat enjoys the process too! Great purchase.

Got this after watching lots of viral videos. It is nice to hold and easy to use, but I don’t think the results are anywhere near the videos I watched. I have tried this on a Labrador and a cat and neither seem to mind the product, but it didn’t have great results on either, especially over our normal grooming brushes. Overall a bit underwhelming

Best brush I've ever used! I have a 6 year old and 19 year old cat, and neither of them can usually tolerate a lot of grooming. With this brush, however, they both beg me for it every evening! It gets so much hair out, and is super duper easy to remove the hair from the brush. They both LOVE it, and sleep so well afterwards! I can't stop until they say we're finished, not me. They're lovely and silky and shiny and happy :)

I never leave reviews but im honestly blown away by this product! Having tried it on 2 different hair types, I feel its necessary. I have 2 frenchies. When i tried it on my soft haired blue fawn girl, nothing came off of her and i thought id wasted my money. I tried my other frenchie. He is brindle and white and his fur feels more bristley. Well... omg!! The amount of hair that came off of him! Im in disbelief! He's so much softer and he loved having a good brush! I think it just depends on your dogs hair type as to how much comes off. It definitely works

Fantastic thing! We use it on our horse when he is shedding and it works like a charm. Even used it on our furry cats (ragdoll) and I'm impressed about how well it works. Buy it!

Mon lapin est un très gros lapin. Plein de poils. Partout. Vraiment ! Quant il rentre en période de mue j'ai l'impression d'évoluer dans une barbe-à-papa géante tel un marsouin dans une zone estuaire. Bref. Je me suis offert cet article et depuis j'ai appris ce que signifie le mot "Bonheur". A grands coups de brosse: "bim" ! Il a fait peau neuve, laissant derrière lui ses poils morts et ennuyeux. Je recommande très largement !
