Kids happy, mom approved
After lots of research and sticker shock while researching a monitor to go with my sons PS5 pro, I am very happy with this one ( 27" 4k uhd, 160 hz). So for the other parents reading this, learning all the things for their kids, I will say this is the best bang for your buck, and will allow your PS5 pro reach its full potential. Instead of getting a cheap monitor that makes it seem like the gaming system is slow and glitchy (inducing frustration) and will have to be replaced fairly quick do to constantly improving, max/min standards, go with this instead. It should keep up for at least 5 years until the next console is released. 27" seems like the perfect size, it is impressive, amazing image quality, feels heavy/ good quality, well packaged. make sure you pay attention to the number of ports on the monitor, and system, we had to get a port expander (I am not sure that is what it is called) to run the keyboard, mouse, mic, controller charger, headphones, speakers, and sound board (yes he is spoiled but a great kid). I will add that you should watch the price, I purchased for $349 Feb 2025, it was listed at $399 with a $50 coupon.

Great monitor!
I've had this monitor for a few months now and I really like it. Setup is straightforward. It's easier to plug in your video cable(s) when you're doing the initial setup, instead of when the monitor is in place. Other than that everything is very clean. I have a dual-use setup: DisplayPort1 is connected to my Linux machine and HDMI1 is connected to my Windows (10 Home) laptop as a second display...no DisplayPort on my Windows machine. There's an easy-to-reach button in the back that allows you to switch inputs between the 2 DP and 2 HDMI interfaces. Quality is outstanding. There is A LOT of real estate available. Make sure your machine's video allows for maximum 3840 x 2160 at 144Hz. I'd never heard of KTC before, so was a little hesitant to spend this much. But given Amazon's no-hassle return policy I figured it was worth a shot. I'm very pleased with that decision.

Great starter monitor for a heavy gamer
This is my first ever monitor purchase. I did a lot of research before buying this item. I was looking for a gaming monitor to use for xbox exclusively as well as do schoolwork and work from home. My friends think Iโm crazy for buying a monitor of a non-well-known brand, but I am very impressed. The brightness is phenomenal and the picture on most games. I play looks amazing. I did, however, think this was an LED monitor and it is not, itโs LCD. However, I am able to overlook that due to the overall quality that this is made. The picture I saw of the stand looked red originally. Unfortunately, it is hot pink. I originally wanted to return this because of that, but I am comfortable ;) . I bought this because the features of: at least 120 hz, 2 HDMI 2.1 ports, 4k resolution, and HDR options. I find the HDR does not do justice for overall brightness.

Good but flawed
It's a good monitor for the price but it has artifacts when running at 160hz and when lowered to 144 hz it flashes / flickers when gaming. So far 120hz works flawless. Some may complain about the brightness but all you have to do is use the monitor settings to adjust the brightness, it looks great at 100% brightness. I would recommend this monitor for a cheap alternative to some expensive well known brands and if you aren't looking for the 160-144hz

Dead pixels
A little hard to see in the picture but less then 1.5 years old and I already have 1 dead pixel (above mouse cursor) and one other defect (pink circle in the screen) both are in the center of my monitor. I would expect this for a OLED monitor but not for a IPS. Save your money and buy a name brand monitor instead of this one.
