Wolverine Men's I-90 Waterproof Soft-Toe Romeo Slip-On Construction Boot

I have owned these boots since April of 2021 and it is now mid-November of 2022. I work at a building supplies company and work in the office and outside in the yard. I also do a lot of projects and outdoor work at my home. These boots are incredible. The comfort is as good as I've gotten in a pair of work boots, especially once broken in (which doesn't take long). In puddles and rain my feet and socks have never gotten wet - EVER. Very impressive when it comes to keeping water out. They also keep my feet extremely warm when it is cold yet they are not an "insulated" boot. My favorite part about these boots and the reason I was initially drawn to them was the fact that your jeans go right over top of the boot no problem. I also love that they can be easily slipped on and off. PS I have never felt at risk of the boots slipping off my feet. I have had no issues with the rubber sole becoming unglued from the leather upper which can happen with other boots. The leather does wear off around the toe area after sustained use but I do not necessarily discredit the boot for that. Just part of normal wear and tear. 5 stars from me and will purchase again very soon to get a fresh pair.

Super light and comfortable. I wear mine everyday on construction sites and haven't had one stitch or seam and water resistant if you apply mink oil every once and a while .

I’ve been wearing Wolverine I-90 lace up work boots for about 4 years and they are the most comfortable work boot I’ve ever worn. Working construction a pair will last me a little over a year. I wanted a pair for working in the yard and garage and saw that they made the I-90 in a slip-on style. I bought a pair, and like the lace up boots, added ventilated military insoles for a better breathing boot and a little additional cushioning. I love these slip-on boots and can wear them 16 hours and still be comfortable in them. I wear a size 9 and the boots are sized correctly. I would like to see Wolverine add the pad at the top rear of the shank like the lace up I-90 has. The left slip-on boot has a knot where the stitching comes together at the top and it rubbed the back of my leg so I put a piece of tape over it. These slip-ons will likely last a couple years around the house and I will be buying these again. I can recommend these boots.

These are great boots, super comfortable, they only take about 2 days to break in, I have already bought like 6 pairs. They are water proof which was a bonus that I wasn't looking for but have used. I have skinny ankles so they are a little loose in that area, The reason they don't get 5 stars is they do not last very long. I go through a pair in about 6-8 months. I ware them about 16 hours a day in a fabrication shop, we build off-road Jeeps and such. If you can catch them on sale they are usually right around $100(+/-$20) normally $163.00

I love my Wolverine boots. They are comfortable and they look good. I have put quite a few miles on them so far and I like them a lot. My only complaint is after size 12. They don’t seem to come in half sizes. I tried a size 12 and a size 13. 12 is a little snug 13 is too big. However, I went with the 12 and because they are leather, they seem to be stretching out somewhat.

I'm a bit disappointed with the boots and am returning them. I have been wearing the same size wolverine work boots for over 30 years and purchase a new pair about every 18 months. Never a size problem till this pair. I wear a size 11D and that was the size ordered and the label in the boots. When trying the boots on they were at least a size 12 or larger and a wide to extra wide. What ever they are, they were way to big. This may just be a one off but just posting this as a heads up should you decide to purchase a pair. I tryed to do a amazon exchange for another pair but amazon exchange directed me to contact Wolverine direct and wait on hold longer than it would take to drive to a store and try a pair on before purchase.

Safety toe, yes. Water RESISTANT, yes. WaterPROOF? -absolutely not but could be resolved with duckback after you shine them. These boots come raw so you’ll have to condition the leather and shine them before use if you want them to have the slightest of water resistance, just as is they’ll soak up all the water and you’ll be left drenched. Five stars for comfort though.. Curious about slip resistance? They are not, very pro slip boots, says slip resistant but you will slip and slide everywhere. They fit perfect and the quality of the base build is a 10! Like I said, if you want the most out of these, you’re gonna have to polish and shine them before hand but other than that and the slipping, they’re saving you money by not being pre shined, so that’s why they’re cheaper in price but that’s nothing, if you already have a shine kit for your other shoes, you’re golden!!

I bought these with the money my place of employment gave us for work footwear - 2 years ago. They allot money every year for new boot but I still have these because they are holding up so well, so I haven't even bothered with new ones yet (If I had thought of it i would have just got new ones every year so I would have stock for the rest of my life the way these are going. I wear them for everyday footwear as well, so that;s a lot of use.) Also very comfortable though I did add new insoles for more arch support.

Tried these to replace my 6 year old Bludstones. We shall see how long this lasts. Seems like super quality. Just as comfy as the Bludstones. Fits true to size....for boots....which means buy a half size smaller.....

Great boots ... bought for work but I like them so much that I wear them as a casual boot. The only thing is ,after a long day of work my Bottom of my foot is tired and soar. I just changed the insole and seems better.
