Dry but enough moist. I purchased this to give 1 dates daily to my infant. I soaked it overnight and peeled the skin off in the morning to give him. Soft and very sweet. Doesn't seem to have any added sugars. Good size - Big dates. Natural brown color. Very much liked it. So I've started subscription plan for this product.
