Do not buy this pitcher
The water pitcher is fine but you'll never be able to find the replacement filters for it. I've tried amazon, where I bought the filters earlier this year but they don't have them and don't know if they'll be getting them back in. I've also scanned google and the only Jetery filters that keep coming up are for the second model and won't fit the 7210. I've only had the pitcher since Jan but will now have to buy a new one just so I can get filters. The best pitcher I ever had was called Crystal and I bought it from America, it filters out ALL the crap, not just a couple of things that British ones do -- not sold by any British outlet though but I'm going back to them.

Jetery long lasting filter jug.
It is a stylish jug and looks good on the kitchen surface. It is also narrow and can be stored in the fridge because of this. The flavour is definitely different from the tap water. The only snag is it does take a few times to fill it up as the file space is below a quarter of the mug capacity. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But I still would buy it again!

Great product and great value
Great filter jug, fits in the door of the fridge and is easy to use. I also notice the difference to the taste of the water, it’s great.

great little water filter jug
takes a minute or so to trickle the water through the filter but tastes delicious. the only thing i would say is the handle is not WOOD as the ad states but plastic with wood effect colouration :)

Fast filtration, holds alot of water.
I love the fact that it holds alot of water and the filtration is very very quick compared to other filters. Hopefully that doesn't mean its not doing as good a job. Fits in the fridge door. Handle is just a wood feature sticker or something. Update Jan 2019, Amazon doesn't stock the filter cartridges anymore. Not a happy user!!

Unpractical design, filter doesn't function properly
October must've been the worst products month for us. To put it like my wife did, the piece of wooden handle makes it look Scandinavian which is probably why I ended up buying it. The filter is now 2 months old and the water hardly trickles down, it makes a silly noise as the mouth of the water insert is opening and closing from the water pressure. The worst part of the design is that you get a vast water container at the bottom and only an annoying fifth of the volume at the top water filling compartment. That means you have to stand there for 10mins to have a full jug or you end up like us filling up a tiny fraction of it each time which doesn't even make a half a kettle. I couldn't attest to the quality of the filtered water. Unlike most other brita type jugs, the water tastes the same. Whether it is good or bad I don't know. But my wife keeps saying its a psychological game won by the wooden handle... Don't buy!
