Are these as good as the nimbus toothbrushes?

I’ve never tried the nimbus toothbrushes. These are the best toothbrushes I’ve ever tried. They are super soft while still feels like they are cleaning your teeth & gums as needed. They also come in a toddler size, I bought for my granddaughter who is 2 & loves it.

Do they come in different colors ?

I don’t believe so. I’d just color code them with some nail polish
