Great scooter
I’ve been riding this dual-motor scooter for a bit now, and the performance is incredible. If you are used to single-motor commuter scooters, this is a completely different beast. The dual motors give you insane acceleration, and it climbs steep hills without breaking a sweat or slowing down. I’ve managed to hit right around that 31 mph mark on flat pavement, and it feels solid and stable even at top speed. The build quality feels heavy-duty and durable. It’s definitely on the heavier side because of the dual motors and battery, but that’s the tradeoff for this kind of power. If you want something fast that handles daily riding like a champ, this is worth every penny.

A very good value of a scooter
I certainly recommend it, I am very happy with the it. This scooter has it all. If you want an off-road or fast (31 M/H) and inexpensive, this is it. The park mode is perfect for parks as it limits the speed. It domes with cruise control where you can set the speed and let go of the throttle. It also has a long range battery as well. It comes with speed profiles modes, from Park mode to Eco mode to Ports mode and Race mode. Depending on your speed riding style you may have to get a new firmware from support, which are very responsive and work with you. The firmware upgrade is upper easy too. It has many cool features like biometrics (fingerprint) locking, Bluetooth to play music, horn, street legal lights, very good breaks, it folds and locks easy for transporting and it rides very smooth. I took it to my brothers ranch let the kids ride it all day, it can handle heavy person (250 LB) no problem. I have used scooters for many years, when Bird and Lime came out first, I can tell you that this one is very sturdy and solid scooter. I am reviewing this after using the scooter for sometime.

A good option
I am a 55-year-old adult, 6.9'' tall, 220 lbs., and I use motorcycle safety gear that adds another 30 lbs. I was looking for something with good power and a strong, robust body at a good price. Something that helps me get around since the time I would use it is very early, 3:15 AM, and there is no transportation to take my train, and I have to cover 3 miles from my house to the station where service is available early, and from there go downtown and cover 6 more miles as there is no transportation at 4:10 AM. I'm not interested in going over 31 mph, as it is dangerous for me, and this one has several features I liked, such as: (1) Good built-in safety lighting. (2) A body with no welds and one solid piece. (3) Two powerful motors; when climbing 35-degree slopes, they go up without problems and surprisingly do not decrease in speed. (4) The usage range is acceptable; for 2 days with lights on and at high speed, it travels very well on a single charge. (5) The suspension is very good. (6) The braking, another WOW, effective and fast. (7) Customer service is very good, just keep in mind that they are in China and there is a time difference, so they do not respond immediately, and if they do, it is when they start working, giving you accurate information and videos for your repairs. (8) The parts are not expensive, and the best part is that since they come from China to the USA by air, delivery takes 4 to 5 days. What takes time is the customs inspections, but it is really very fast. (9) I have used it on rainy days, and it has not given me any problems. (10) After 6 seconds it goes into cruise speed mode, which helps with the fatigue of having your finger on the speed switch; you can also configure it in the phone app. I am really very satisfied with my purchase, and if you are looking for a scooter for daily transportation, this is a good option for power, durability, speed, range, and price.

No regrets!
Bought this due to the good reviews. Now ive only ridden this around the neighborhood so far. I can confirm its a blast to ride. Easy to put together, packaged well, scooter is well put together as well. Didnt even have to put air in the tires! Came to me at 80% charged. So far if im being picky would be not seeing the charge while its charging without unplugging and checking the app after turning it on. Pros: Good construction Plenty of power Comfortable ride thanks to the dual suspension Packaging The app works fine Lighting on it is plenty and works as intended Cons: The brakes, not the best but it'll do for my needs. Some minor loose sounds from the clip that snaps into the base when riding rough areas Or curbs Overall for now, great buy and it'll do hills no problem Im 6'1 201lbs and it moves like im not even there. Ill be holding this scooter till it gives out no plans to change out of it.

Impressed!
Had this scooter for about a month now and its out performed my expectations. Build quality is great. No ugly welds anywhere. Everything works as it should. Tons of power and quick throttle response even with my large size (335lbs). It tops out at about 29 or 30 mph which is just under the advertised top speed but I'm willing to bet someone who weighs less than me would hit it no problem. I ride the race mode the majority of the time and have been getting about 17 miles of range between charges. I'm sure it would be considerably more if I rode in the slower modes. Suspension good. Phone App was pretty easy. Bluetooth pairing is easy. Bluetooth speaker is loud enough for you and someone riding next to you to hear just fine. I would definitely recommend this scooter to anyone looking for a decent priced dual motor scooter that can handle larger people like myself.

This is a very safe scooter and the best e-scooter for a long range battery!
This e-scooter is so worth its money and time. We bought two of them because we also bought the rz800 a year ago. We couldn’t wait for these to come out so we could get two this time. Let me start with saying they are amazing. I unfortunately popped my front tire and cracked my front motor. My husband and I were riding on a fresh paved street in our town, in the bike lane going the street speed limit. I ran through a chunk of concrete. My scooter ran up over the chunk and shattered it in the street. That was the same day I got it and the motors are out of stock. I did not wreck, I did not lose control of my scooter. My husband checked it out because I told him my tire went flat and I was puzzled how I ran over anything on brand new paved street. But anyhow they are so durable and very dependable. I feel safe on these scooters. The battery life is the best we can find in an e-scooter or e-bike. We can take our two scooters out (rz1000) & (rz800) to ride them around town, on bike trails, BMX trails and have fun for hours. They have four shocks so rides are very smooth. They don’t get hot like big box store scooters do. We ride them as our main source of transportation so we take them out a lot. They are great for taking fishing, trail riding, light weight grocery shopping, night time cruise, extreme trails, mud/dirt, rocks, grass, and even climbs hills with ease. The rz1000 will run through anything and you’ll be safe. The only thing with these is the speaker and horn isn’t always reliable. For us it’s not a big deal at all, we enjoy the outdoors and the sounds of nature anyways. But every aspect of this brand of scooters is a big five star for my husband and I both. We can’t think of anything that would make this any better than it already is. We plan to buy more. I’m devastated that I took out my front tire and motor they same day I got it on a road that we took very often on nice nights. It still puzzles me but I’m certain there’s nothing to be done about it except buy another one. We love them!

Wow.. just WOW!!
This thing is a beast! I bought the dual motor, and am glad I did. For a motorcycle, this would be like a 1000cc cruiser. It is beautifully manufactured and performs - power, stability, speed, high tech security system, it's a man's dream come true.. on a scooter. It's definitely not one of those light-weight scooters that you see kids riding about. This was made for an adult male in my opinion. It is a hunk of metal that weighs 65lbs so if you normally struggle with a 45lb plate, you definitely want to reconsider purchasing this thing. Update: After using it for about a month, I'm bringing down the rating from 5 to 2, because of the false promise of milage. On a full charge, I may get about 20 miles on Sports mode (19mph max), while on Extreme (30mph), I may get 15 miles. I picked this scooter over others of comparable price because of high milage per full charge they advertised. I constantly end up worrying about my battery running out while commuting, because the battery bar would drop so quickly, which is a huge turnoff.

Eat up the steep long hills
Amazing torque! No battery sag. This is an amazing scooter. Very fast and you can feel the torque to the point where you get need to grip tight. I have been driving it sport mode to keep the motors and battery cool so I can take long steep dirt roads here in NW Connecticut. I weigh 180 and this will maintain 19mphs (17.8-18 gps) up long hills and not overheat or slow down. Lean forward when you accelerate to keep the your center of gravity over the front wheel or it will slip. Did 15miles on demanding hills and used One bar! If you need to take hills, 2wd is the answer. Brakes are noisy but work well.

Quick, smooth and powerful...
Best bang for you buck, amazing scooter. Good for big guys, kids may want to disable one of the motors it has alot of torque and can be touchy if your not used to throttling, good battery life and great traction. Only thing I would change is the brakes from mechanical to hydraulic which im currently upgrading to. I should say they are still more than capable as is just more convenient to avoid adjusting as scooter pads to wear quite a bit faster than bike pads. Overall highly reccomend.

Powerful acceleration, self balancing, max speed FAST!! Long range turn signals!! Great in snow!!
Long lasting battery when moving at top speed, the built in horn has a good loud single noise audible inside a car yet not so loud as to scare grandma out of her skirt, it has several other safety features built in like turn signals which albeit a bit awkward to use due to their buttons placement on the left and right hand side being directly above the button for changing speeds (I find I accidentally hit speed swap if I’m in winter gloves or not being prudent about my finger placement it does have the nice feature of automatically turning itself off after set duration or a well angled turn. The fingerprint feature I haven’t used yet admittedly as I’m one of those and in one of those safety minded cities (ie in Toronto we have a saying if it isn’t nailed down it’s gonna run off, with how much I love this new scooter being a direct upgrade from segway/ninebot max2 the dual hub motors grip and propel it in ways the old scooter never could; allowing my winter rides (yes I’ve ridden through snow on roads and in parks just to test the off road and snow handling) to be as of yet fully in control which I partially attribute to a tire with (finally!) good grips so no gripes there ;P the dual suspension makes a super smooth ride and I just to test them gunned it to max at the worst point on a speed bump and no lie I got more discomfort from the super fast acceleration which if ur not careful could scare some. However being in perfect control of this acceleration which once going split fraction of a second smooths out perfectly while the sturdy well built frame feels just as if not more robust and durable then my previous Segway model, my only real complaint comes from the headlight which as there are lower mounted ones isn’t actually a problem but honest review honest issue so when assembling I couldn’t figure out where/how to affix it in the targeted spot (it’s more difficult then it sounds lol trust me on this I build led light setups for peoples scooters time to time as a side gig) the problem with the main headlamp is it isn’t secured or affixed to the two pin cable attachment and as it looks like it’s a part of the main power line you try to get extra cord to manoeuvre it and it easily disconnects standard needle nose can’t get it out of the secure waterproof housing (going to get some long handle pliers to fix this but again splitting hairs on this complaint as it’s literally my only complaint about this powerfully well rounded scooter with its own turn signals fast acceleration and cruise speeds inbuilt power road lights which are sufficient without the main lamp, and amazing suspension that it’s a must ride at 100lbs it does weigh in at a higher value which also accounts for its more robust and sturdy frame that’s built to support and I mean comfortabley a 6foot tall 180. # adult male with room to stuff their small partner securely in the front (be careful they might shift in transit :P) so ample foot room on the deck I’m saying and a tall handlebar made for regular adult heights has been a godsend. Will add pics videos and a 3d model for you all to check out soon :D yeah that’s how much I’m lovin it…

Good buy, seller even reached out to make sure it was working well
I've had it for almost a month. a friend of mine had the same one for the last year and has used it alot and beat on it and it's held up very well, thats what led me to buy mine. So after a month its been great. On grass it has lots of power almost scary on full power. On the pavement it been great. Pulls hard till.it hits 50 km definitely more there. Easy to assemble and use. Has a bluetooth speaker which is nice, nothing crazy but give some tunes. Has good lighting, and again is very fun to drive.

Amazing
This thing is fast! I’m a big guy (280lbs). Gets up to top speed easily. Has tons of torque. Steering tube is solid and has a strong locking mechanism for the folding part. Suspension is nice. Front shocks can be stiffened if needed. The lighting is great for riding at night. Very bright. Dual disc brakes are great too. Plenty of stopping power, very nice and smooth too. Cruise control can be turned on or off. As well as push to start assist can be turned off. Eco mode does 15km/h Sport mode does 30km/h and Race will get you up to 50km/h if you dare go that fast. Had to reach out to customer service because I had some questions and they are very quick to reply. Wong- the person I have been speaking with was great and very knowledgeable about the product they are selling. If you’re on the fence about buying it do it. The town I live in has lots of big hills and this scooter will pull you up anything. 5 stars!
