No lavender, thank goodness!
I love Herbs de Provence, I use it for chicken, to season pot roast, and I'm a couple recipes. I've tried several brands and this is the only one I like. It doesn't have lavender in it, which is my preference. Lavender changes the flavor profile and makes it smell like the sachets I put in my sock drawer - I just can't get over that association. I've ordered multiple times and it's always fresh with plenty of time until the expiration date and great flavor. Absolutely love cooking with this!

THE PERFECT MIX OF HERBS!
So delighted to find this organic version of Herbes de Provence. It has the exact herbs I wanted with none of the ones I did not want, such as lavender. Made a wonderful beef-veggie soup with it.

Good tasting herbs , Im learning to use them for cooking. Definitely a different taste , but in a good way. Just as advertised .

Super useful blend of herbs
A reliable brand, as usual. But this is one of the only Herbes De Provence blends that has marjoram and savory which are often difficult to find. Also, it does NOT contain lavender at all, which I find makes it much more useful for a variety of roast-based dishes (for example, I use a ton of this at Thanksgiving, but if it had lavender, I wouldn't use it at all).
