Buy this one...it works great. Tested and works in Las Vegas heat waves...I personally stayed cool all summer long..Pro tip- freeze more than needed ice packs so when some thaw out you can have more packs ready to switch out.

I am an older female with neuropathy. I wanted to try this for mowing and other yardwork in high heat and humidity. I could immediately feel how effective the vest is. Normally I would be drenched with sweat. This kept my body temperature down. However it did get heavy, with all six ice packs, and my lower back started hurting. I wore it for about 30 minutes before I had to take it off. Next time I won’t use all six ice packs.After reading other reviews, I used a kitchen funnel to fill the bags from the sink. It starts to harden almost immediately. I wish I had underfilled a few, and been more careful about air pockets.

My hubby works in the outdoors in a very physical job. He would come home dragging from being in the sun for 4-6 hours. With him being a senior, I wanted to make him more comfortable, and this fit the bill perfectly.We make sure to lay the ice packs, so they are flat, on the shelf of the freezer. This makes them easier to fit in the spots they go.This has been a lifesaver for him. Working on asphalt in 100 degree + heat is brutal. He said he would 100% recommend this vest for anyone in a similar postition.

I am a school bus driver in Tennessee. This past week we had temperatures over a hundred degrees on the bus, because there is no AC on non special needs buses. The vest was a life saver. Keep my core temp down so that it felt about 70 to 75 degrees. Many drivers have purchased them since.

I’m having a tough time reviewing this. Yes it keeps you cool. And if you’re standing around in the heat it helps a lot. I bought it for physical activity and feel like the frozen ice backs are a bit hard against your body. I switched out the ice backs that came with it to gel ice packs that are flexible. They don’t last has long but only need it for an hour or less.

Despite saying it fits up to 5xL, it is not. I am 6’6” man at about 230 lbs. normally I wear a 2xl shirt, occasionally 3xl if it runs small.However even with the straps and Velcro loosened as much as possible the vest looks like a child’s vest on me and will not close. This is very clearly made for much smaller people.So far the only person it fits in our household is a teenaged girl.Otherwise the durability and appearance are fine, but nothing special and it is quite awkwardly stiff. Terrible price and value.

I got their largest size it really would only fit as a large anyone bigger it’s way too small. I will modify mine to work attaching it to a larger vest. The concept is good as well as the ice packs just made more for women. I did notice some redness where the packs are after removal on my skin under a T shirt

Fit like a glove. Don’t know how I live without it
