Makes dealing with used up grease so easy. Follow the steps and poof a solid from a liquid. Does take longer than a poof. But is still pretty magical.If it does not solidify, simply reheat and add more. I stir it until I am sure it's dissolved. It has never failed to solidify oil. But it will not solidify any water present.
