Review: Really sharp knives io - We recently spent two months in a FL condo that had these knives. They were exceptionally sharp and didn’t need resharpening the entire two months. My wife had to have them for our home. We already know that we’ll enjoy them. Review: They are great - Wife loves them I don't get the rust thing in the other reviews. Google surgical stainless steal. There are several grades of S/S if a magnet will stick it will rust.

They are great
