Great Customer Support in My Time of Need
I purchased the GEEKOM Mini PC GT13 Pro in July 2024. Unfortunately, it unexpectedly powered off and stopped working in October 2024. A replacement unit experienced the same issue in May 2025. However, GEEKOM's customer service was exceptional. They promptly sent me a newer model, the GEEKOM IT12 Mini PC, as a replacement. Their team maintained constant communication to ensure my satisfaction and the successful delivery of the new PC. As a goodwill gesture, they also sent me a free GEEKOM PM16 Portable Monitor. While I experienced issues with the initial products, GEEKOM's outstanding customer service and their commitment to resolving the problem have left me very happy with their support. --- Stephen

Soy diseñador gráfico, y es pefecto para mi. Lo pedí desde Bogotá-Colombia y llegó en perfecto estado y a tiempo. Si necesitas un PC de alto rendimiento y de bajo costo este es el ideal. No te sirve si lo que quieres es presumir la torre por que no trae luces RGB ni nada de eso.
