Scale of 0-10 (0 being not to save my life and 10 being OMG yaaaasss), how likely are you to recommend this stehoscope based off of sound quality?

Remember... its 10/10 for its prise , also 10/10 for medical students ... If you are looking for the look ...its great looking stethoscope! Its good for daily use but not a 3+years life stethoscope like litmann's brand for example:) I had it since year... its working good ... no problems yet ... but when you compare it to litmann class 3 (like you compering hyondi to a Mercedes) both doing there job but the quality little felt more in litmann , and it doesn't fit good in the ears .... so it sometimes annoys ... if you dont care about the look ... save some and get littmans classic 3 of course

Is it a good stethoscope for a emt ?

It’s bulky but it’s good enough . I’d go with a simple litmann or the like.
