I decided to use Keto Chow to help me on my weight loss journey and am down 40lbs. I love these shakes because they are convenient and delicious. I have a massive sweet tooth and these really help satisfy my sweet craving. I love this lemon meringue flavor as it has a light and refreshing lemony flavor. Not sour or overpowering, just right. This is one of my favorite flavors and I ended up buying the big bag. I use 3oz of heavy whipping cream and a bottle of water(about 16.9 oz). This tastes so good, it’s hard to believe it’s supplying me with necessary vitamins and minerals as well as satiating my hunger.

Lemon Shake
I read that this is one of the top sellers. It is OK; it just was not to my taste. Try it for yourself. I wish they had a variety box.
