Initially I charged the safe upon receipt. It's been over a month since I purchased and the battery still holds a charge. I love the fact that this safe gives you 3 ways to access it - passcode, fingerprint, and key. Changing the passcode and adding a fingerprint was very simple. I've opened it several times and it has not failed. What I love about this safe is once opened, it will light up the interior so you can see what you're accessing. The interior light gives a nice blue hue so that it doesn't disrupt the darkness. It stays lit while the door remains open. Unlike other safes, they only light up for 5-10 seconds and powered buy AA batteries. To access a gun, that's fine, but sometime we don't just keep a gun in the safe. We can keep valuables and allow us time to look through it without having to turn on the room light and this makes it very convenient. Another feature it offers is the LED indicator on the touch panel. When it scans the correct fingerprint or you enter the correct passcode, it will light up green. If wrong passcode or wrong fingerprint, it will light up red. This is great when you mute the sound and you want a visual indicator. The safe comes with a USB charging cable, steel cable and wall anchors, and the user manual. All in all, I am impress with this portable safe and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a portable safe.

As the title says, best Onnais safe thus far ! This safe is an upgrade to a older model I tried out and still own to this day. The upgrades this new safe provides are a big win in my opinion! The safe is a lot more heavy duty, and also has metal locking system instead of the old plastic lock on previous model. There is 2 entries into this safe, biometric fingerprint and key option! Nice LED blue light for visibility in dark situations. This safe will fit two firearms easily even with red dots and light attachments ! The safety cable to secure your safe to something is also upgraded and nicer quality! This whole safe is now padded with foam all around the inside to avoid scratches to your hard earned investment firearm ! Or use this safe for any other important personal items such as passports, jewelry, and whatever your heart desires !This safe is highly worth the price and I’d recommend it to family and friends as well as anyone In need to safely secure items ! Bought this great little safe lockbox end of August. Perfect portable size and weight. I fully charged it before setting up with numerical code and fingerprints for quick asset. The setup was easy to do also. Want to use it for family valuable items including firearms and jewelry. It's solid and well constructed. Can be bolted and attached with supplied cable. The cool little foldable keys are on my keychain aa a third option to open the safe lockbox. Totally forgot about it. Now, 6 weeks later, I just opened it in seconds with my fingerprint. Battery charge still held. I could bolt this hidden inside my vehicle also. Highly recommend this great security product, an outstanding value. It's good to go.

The media could not be loaded. The size is pretty large. Palmetto State armory (PSA) Full-size dagger and about four 17 round magazines. I don’t like that the battery isn’t the longest lasting. If you purchase, make sure you have it on a charger. It comes with two keys and a key pad. It’s built pretty well and it’s not too heavy. I purchased it to keep my kids from reaching my firearm, so I would say it functions as designed. Pretty good value, considering other biometric safes were charging hundreds of dollars more.

After a few weeks of ownership of this safe, I can confidently say I am very pleased with it.Have been looking for a solid and secure safe to keep in the bedroom that had to be biometric for quick access and this one was a winner. It also needed to have a keypad AND physical keys as back up and redundancy.After popping in some batteries, it took just a few minutes to set everything up. One big plus was how many finger prints it could store, which could be vital in high-stress situations.Can also be used to store other high-value items hidden and secured. Foam padding keeps items stored inside protected from scratches.I’m a fan of this safe and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid and dependable one.

I bought this safe not to store a handgun but to keep my phone, wallet and other small things secure at home from another family member who, let's just say, doesn't have idle hands. You can get to your stuff quickly by setting up a fingerprint but you can also use a code or a key to get into the safe. It feels substantial and well made. It's been tested fairly well by this determined family member and so far has not gotten into the safe. That gives me peace of mind. Highly satisfied with this product!

Plugged in for 4 hours. Charge light was flashing red. The safe will not charge. Read reviews that this is a common problem. Very disappointing. Seems like an awesome safe if they didn’t ruin it with a bad battery.

I really like this safe. Construction is very good, and I like that it can be opened with a key, number key pad and bio metric scanner. I purchased this mainly for the finger print scanner, however it is very unreliable. I have programmed this multiple times and it just doesn't open with the scanner. It can take up to 10 times to open with my finger print. This is not good for an emergency open for a home invasion. It will open quickly with the number key pad, but would be quicker with the finger print scanner. I am way past my return window so I will be keeping it.
