Delicious and melts in your mouth
As someone who doesn’t eat pork, there are not a lot of charcuterie options that are beef-based. So, when I found this, I was skeptical. Most specially the price tag, however, after enjoying this with my partner, I can safely this is a repurchase for sure. It was not only flavorful but paired so well with the cheeses and honey and spreads we had. It wasn’t as spicy as I’d want it but it had a kick my partner and I enjoyed.

Tastey
It is difficult to find beef salami that is not a summer sausage, which can be too sweet for me. This tastes so good amd fresh! Was perfect for our holiday charcuterie.

Bad product.
After consuming about 10 slices I developed food poisoning within 6 hours. Could not even move for 2 days. I don't believe I need to get graphic but it was projectile. AMAZON was the supplier / shipper. Fair WARNING !

Unmatched flavor
This is very tasty! We hosted some friends and had a charcuterie board of various sorts of meats. This was a crowd favorite!

not worth the $22.xx !! you can buy regular bresaola from Trader Joe's for $7 that is better and less salty. take it from an Italian who knows a good bresaola
