I'd recommend them. My teeth are yellowing around the edges near the gum line. I've used peroxide gels with a mouth piece that I got from my dentist. They work, but my teeth ache and I get sharp pains the day after. I tried these and they did just as well without the pain. I plan to use them once a week to keep my teeth white. It's nice that there are several in each pack.

Works for some, but not all
Very easy to use and doesn't cause any sensitivity. However, I didn't notice much difference or maybe any at all. But then again, while this will work for some people, it won't for others. Worth trying for the price.

Good value, but be mindful of the expiration dates
I’m giving this product 4 stars because there were some good and bad things about this product. I received these pretty quickly after ordering them, but upon looking at the package, I realized that the product had expired right before I received them. I know that this can scare a lot of people off, but I felt that it was soon enough for the product to be ok (if 6 months-1 year had passed, I would have just returned them). The application was ok, but some of the charcoal did stick to my teeth, but when you swish with water it’s easy to remove. I also did not get any sensitivity, which was a huge plus. I feel they worked really well and I did notice that my teeth were definitely brighter within a few days. Personally, I’m not usually a huge fan of charcoal products like toothpaste because I think it might be too abrasive for your enamel, but I think it does work to remove stains so this is a happy compromise since you don’t need to brush with it. Really nice product for the price.

This really does work. I would have given it 5 stars but because it's so messy and you have to leave it on for 30 minutes, I only gave it 4 stars.
