Will these work with e119 helicopter?

Yes. They should work as good as the ones that came with your helicopter.

Everything about this battery is the same as my Volantex 500 sport cub calls for, so I'm guessing they will work???

The connectors and the size of the battery are the deciding factors. You can always get a little more amp hour battery on some of the newer ones and they still fit. Don't know the models you talking about but I found them to be very good for my drone.
