Great mod
The media could not be loaded. This is perfect. Any claims of these breaking easily must be being used by barbarians hitting the clutch like the walls of Rome. Treat these driving equipment with care(Logitech pro wheel pedal setup) and it’ll will last you a long time.

Works great until it doesnt
I received the package on time and everything was pretty straight forward. Installation was easy directions were clear and it immensely improved the shifter feel and accuracy. It was a Lil stiff at first but I got used to it quick. It lasted a few months before the 3d printed internal piece cracked. I don't blame the product at all for it's failure I got a little to overzealous with the shifter and well these things happen. Lucky for me the shifter still works and the metal gate that fits on top helps prevent missed shifts. All things considered I would buy again and just be more gentle with it in the future

Not a smooth shift at all
The media could not be loaded. Not a smooth shift, will be returning. I was hoping this would be an awesome upgrade but must admit I’m pretty disappointed. The fit is not quite right so it sticks at ever shift. I’ve got it lined up as best as it can be with screws in and it just doesn’t feel smooth at all. 1/2 and 3/4 feel the worst and you have to “force” it in gear and it hesitates to come out of gear more than it should. Was half tempted to use just the metal plate and try and retrofit onto original plastic but think it’s best to just return it and look for something better. Gave 3 stars but honestly feels more like maybe 2.5 would have been better.

good
really good product in my opinion. Feels so much better for just half the price of a expensive alternative shifter. Customer service is amazing as well had a couple questions and they were really under-stable.

Good for the price
The media could not be loaded. Good for the price Need a shift knob for this to work properly but good throw with right shifter good material.Only too 3-6 minutes to install and get a good feel for it . But with that in the video that there is play in the middle when in neutral not a big problem but definitely noticeable

A Good Concept, But Needs Improvement
Overall, the design and concept of this shifter mod is good. It combines the common Logi shifter tactile mods with a sturdy metal gate, addressing the mushiness and lack of shifting authority which curses the stock shifter. The area needing improvement is the parts providing the tactile feel. The key piece for that mod is a thin 3D printed slab which has detents for the shifter's shaft to positively locate in. In this particular design, that printed piece ended up snapping in half at the top shift point within 2 days of use. 3D prints tend to delaminate and break faster with repeated flexing compared to injection molded parts of the same polymers, and indeed I have an injection molded part from a standalone tactile mod which has lasted several hundred hours of use. However, if the critical areas at the top and bottom shift points had a bit thicker of a cross-section, I think it would work fine printed. As for addressing the broken part at home, I used a bit of sewing string to wrap the broken end and pull it back together. The tactile feel is slightly diminished but the overall design is still better than the stock shifter's feel. I give the product 3 stars because while having critical parts break so soon IS a huge issue, the product can still function with only slightly diminished performance.
