Rubber pad not included
It's a bit rough and the base plate isn't flat, but for the money you can't grumble too much. The rubber pad that is clearly shown in the photos was missing on the one I bought and the seller / Amazon have no option to supply this part, only to return the whole thing for exchange and take a gamble the replacement will have the rubber pad.
