Hawke Endurance ED 10x42 Binocular - Black

Beyond happy with this purchase. I was initially skeptical at the cost and quality, having not bought binoculars before and not really knowing what I would need, I thought these would be expensive and disappointing. They are not! I am a keen aircraft enthusiast and enjoy watching as much as photographing so I thought I'd get these to spot the planes that are too far for my setup to photograph. I get exciting military stuff fly over but often it's too far to photograph or even on occasions see - not with these binoculars! I was genuinely shocked at the clarity, quality and most of all, distance that I can see! We have far reaching views but often I can hear aircraft and not see them - these binoculars find things we can't see with our eye! My children and husband have all taken to spotting now with these! The visuals are clear and they are comfy to use. As I said, I'm no expert, but they feel neither too heavy nor too light. They are nice to hold, have adjustable eye pads, adjustable focus, adjustable fold (?) and come with a nice strap, a dust bag AND a lovely hard case. I've been incredibly happy with these! One happy lady!

I bought the 10x42 Hawke Endurance ED in Green. Pros: - Exceptional build and image quality. The set are very quick to focus at any range (even on a close up subject within 2-3 meters) The image quality is very sharp throughout from the centre to the edge, and the colours are very distinct, and the image is bright and clear in both bright and duller weather conditions. - Very well packaged. They came well packaged, and the extra items you get in the box (Hard storage / carry case, cleaning cloth, padded elastic neck strap and lens covers) are all of a very high quality, when compared to other sets you can buy, certainly get more for your money with Hawke. -Robust design, I plan to use these binoculars for a multitude of activities ranging from casual nature observation up to and including multi-day backpacking as an aid to navigation. So a robust / waterproof design is essential. -Unbeatable lifetime guarantee. What's not to like about that? Cons: - Was very hard to come up with a con, despite being a very good neck strap, the strap material that connects to the binoculars could be better quality, as could the plastic loops on the strap itself. (But again, that's being picky considering it is an extra. - But if they offered an upgraded version that you could buy it would certainly make it a safer bet when using in the hiking / trekking environment. Should you buy these? 100% yes they are totally worth the price! You get more for your money with Hawke.

After reading endless reviews and specs I purchased my first set expensive binoculars. These are exactly what I wanted. Crisp vision and excitement build quality. They are far better than the cheap models I have had in the past.

Bought for my father for Christmas. They seemed a good quality pair of binoculars. Lightweight, well balanced pretty good clear optics but I did think that one of the eye relief twist adjusters wasn't anywhere near as good as the other. Seemed odd to me that they didn't both feel like they clicked into place with a quality "click". I have a pair of bushnell bone collector special edition that someone gave me as a gift and I was expecting the hawke to knock them out the park but they certainly don't. Can't beat getting your hands on the product and tryinh it. Only pr with buying online.

These were my first purchase of a decent pair of binoculars and set a budget of £300. Read a few reviews and decided on the ED10x42, mainly for birdwatching. I am delighted with the image quality and brightness. They seem very sturdy and with a lifetime warranty I’m sure they are going to do me for years to come. I really didn’t think I’d get anything this good for my budget.

The optics are good but as a wearer of glasses I find these very awkward to use; so much so, that I have decided to replace them with a new pair of Nikons. They don't seem to sit well on the lenses and hence the field of view is affected significantly. I also find it very frustrating that the focus ring moves in the opposite direction to the norm (i.e. clockwise instead of anticlockwise to focus on nearer objects). Lastly, the strap is very poor and kept coming loose so I ended up replacing it with a different strap. Disappointing weaknesses as otherwise optically they are very good but it's simply not convenient to remove one's glasses every time to use them.

I researched binoculars for a couple of months as I wanted a decent pair for general use and to keep in the car. I opted for these as they headed some independent reviews ‘Best Buys’ and the unequivocal guarantee. I didn’t want to spend silly money for casual use, but having always used cheap binoculars the difference is amazing. Crystal clear ED optics with no fuzziness around the edges and superb focusing. These are the first binoculars that I have had that I can use whilst wearing spectacles. Highly delighted with my choice.

I bought these binoculars for a Christmas present. I already have a pair and there light weight,has a comfortable strap to go around your neck. Very clear and you can see a long way . I love Hawke products!

These are the BEST binoculars for the price. I have used them for many years and they are stunnig! The ED glass gives crisp and very clear images. They are sturdy ,light,comfortable and very easy to use. Happy to have them !!

Bought the EV 10x42 green model and tried it and bought the second one the next day for my friend. Fantastic clarity, and brilliance. One pIr came without the outer lens cover so i contacted the manufacturer directly via their website and they shipped a pair of covers the nezt day. Ao great customer service as well!

Cadeau pour mon fils de 10ans et pour les reste de sa vie 😁, le veinard ! Excellente mécanique et très bonne luminosité, les bords de l'image sont net et bien contrasté.
