Are these machine washable?

Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend hand washing them and hang to dry.

I have a large size 8 head. Will this cap fit me comfortably and stay secure?

Thank you for your inquiry. Our Running Caps are one size fits most and can be adjusted with it the velcro strap.

How stable is the hat for running?

Yes it fits like a regular baseball hat.

Does this hat fit women?

It depends on how particular you are. It is adjustable, but no matter how much I adjusted the band, I did not care for the fit and I returned the hat to Amazon. I'm a man, but I think some women would have the same issue, depending on how particular they are.
