This brand is phenomenal. I have tried several brands and this is the only one that has been consistent good quality. I was having two periods a month for 3.5 years. The doctors said it's just cause I was in my early 40s and it was normal. That's stupid. I started taking this and within 3 months my periods went back to normal (once a month and no PMS). Such a God-send. Side-note: I accidentally have only been taking one a day because I didn't read the instructions fully and it has still worked great. I've been on it for 6 months now and my hormones have continued to improve. My energy and sleep is also improving.

I am taking Vitex, along with Shatavari, to help with ongoing menopausal problems (hot flashing) which I have had for about 10 years. While I am not entirely relieved of these symptoms, it has been a big help and I can sleep through the night now.

Great hormonal support especially for peri-menopausal women, as well as those with excess estrogen in their bodies. Worth the price.

This product contains ingredients that are derived from foods that I am allergic to. Things like silicone dioxide that are used as preservatives are most times derived from corn which I am very allergic too.
