Hello, do these shoes expand as you wear them? also i wear a size 9.5 should i order a size 9 for better fit?

I normally wear size nine and I ordered 8 1/2! They are still a little big but not where I could have ordered an 8. They are so comfortable and I have bad feet and they are great. I highly recommend these!
