We have two of these - one from 2019 and the other last year as found them so useful. We did buy them originally for a cookbook stand but quickly realised their other benefit - chopping board holder! As a kitchen which sees a lot of use, these are just fantastic - they give fast access to the chopping boards and keep them off the worktop, clean easily and are quick to install (especially on tiles as you just use a grout line to ensure level!) We also have the magazine holder which we use for storing our re-usable shoppers.

Simple and effective

Fixed this to cupboard door now my recipe books are easy to read and not covered in ingredients! Looks fine left permanently attached to the door from the inside, door closes sufficiently as to be unnoticeable.

Very expensive for what it is a bit of bent wire. No fixing screws or plugs

This is one of those things that might take 6months to get onto the wall. However I have marked the points where the screws are to go. . . .just waiting now for OH to get the drill out - like I said - could be six months. Meanwhile it is sitting on top of my toaster doing it's job as best it can. I love it already.

A la longue, ça fera des traces sur le mur. Autre détail, si on souhaite le fixer comme indiqué derrière une porte de placard, la forte épaisseur du tube empêche la fermeture correcte du placard.

I like that it's rather sturdy, and it's low-profile enough for it to be out of the way in the kitchen. For me it's much better than a counter stand since we have limited space.

Ich wollte immer schon einen Kochbuchhalter über der ARbeitsfläche hängen haben (also, dass er nicht rumsteht, und Platz wegnimmt), aber die gängigen Modelle zum Einhängen in den Schrank gingen bei mir nicht, weil unter dem Schrank eine Lichtleiste verläuft. Und dieser hier löst das Problem genial: Angeschraubt, fertig. Kochbuch auf Augenhöhe. Einziges kleines Manko vielleicht: Da das Gestänge von innen an die Schranktür geschraubt werden muss (jedenfalls habe ich es so gemacht), geht die Tür des Oberschrankes nicht mehr 100% zu, sondern steht jetzt ein bisschen auf. Vielleicht wäre hier eine dünnere Stahl-/Aluminiumschiene konstruktiv noch vorteilhafter!

I love the concept but the design needs some work. I really wanted to like it and I tried to make it work but it just wasnt meant to be. As another reviewer pointed out, once you screw the hardware into the back of the cabinet door you pretty much have to leave it in there. Also, due to the screws not being flush on the cabinet, your cabinet door won't shut all the way, the screw heads have to be sticking out a little bit in order for the wire to slide over the screw heads. I was hoping it would be able to slide off and put away when not in use but that's not the case. In my case, if I just leave it on the door, I can't open the cabinet door all the way. See the way my cabinets are set up (lol) I would have to lean my head over right above the gas stove to get spices and seasonings out. And I pay too much for these eyelashes to do that! I saw some other reviewers installed theirs on the wall but I really needed it for the cabinet door. If there were some modifications to the wire that goes on the back of the cabinet door, I think it would be ideal for sliding on and off. Anyway, back to Amazon it goes. I hope they modify it to be removable. I would definitely purchase it and for my family and friends, too. Oh, by the way, now I have three holes in the back of my cabinet door, ha, ha. However, it was easy to install, I didn't use a tape measure, just a level. I also drilled a pilot hole before installing the screws. Highly recommended to drill a pilot hole, other wise you'll just damage the cabinet and it probably wont hold very well.
