There are two photos shown of the pad. One shows it being u-shaped so it can fit around your neck. The other shows it square shaped, placed on a woman's back. Which is correct?

The Neck and Sholders version of the pad is the U shaped one.

Is this like one sold on Walgreens.com?

I know I'm coming in late on a response to this question. However, I bought this heating pad Thermotech S766D for my mom from Walgreens. On her box it says that it is 27"x14". On this site it says that it's 26"x14". I'm not sure how it's measured, with the sleeve on or off, but there IS a discrepancy in sizing from site to site for the same model number.

does the company Djo make this?or another company? i do not like djo products. thanks.

I've owned 4 in the last 5 years. They are high quality products. Better in evert regard to the pos you will find at WMart. I don't think Djo is out to screw just you.

is this one good for the shoulder area?

i have a torn rotator cuff and you really can't get it to high but if i lay on my side it gets the top of my back and my arm side. it is awfully cumbersome for some things, like the stomach. but good for the back.
