Usage description was good
Many do not know how to use it. If more recipes were provide on cover, it would be helpful. The package was good. Taste wise it is ok unless you know how to cook it. The noodles are non sticky aand slurpy.

Good enough
I made japchae using this glass noodles by following a recipe from YouTube. The noodles don't break apart easily so I had to use scissors and cut them. Smooth and rubbery. Japchae tasted a bit bland for my taste. For overall, it's scrumptious and healthy. Don't buy these noodles if not for making japchae.

My favorite noodles. light & gluten free
The glass noodles are very easy and quick to make, 6 minutes. I use them in stir fry, you can also chop. Them up and use in deep fried spring rolls. The noodles take to sauce very well. They are healthier choice, I always feel satisfied and still light after meal.
