Easy to put together and great quality product. At first I couldn’t pull it up and do a squat…thought I did something wrong, nope just weak! Once I removed the elastics I was able to do a full squat. One thing that the other reviews have said that I don’t agree with…it’s not easy on the knees. I felt a lot of knee strain. I made the seat higher and that seemed to help, but if you have bad knees you may want to try a different type of machine.

This exercise machine initially performed satisfactorily, but less than two months of use resulted in the deterioration of one of the tension cords. It became loose and shredded, while another cord began to disintegrate.Update 05/24/2025Upon receipt of my review, customer support promptly contacted me and offered to provide me with a replacement. They expedited the shipment, resulting in my receipt of the squad machine two days later. I must commend their exceptional customer service. I hope that the tension cords in this replacement will be more durable.

I did not expect this to give me the workout that it has. This is a great machine. I have not worked out in quite some time and I started with 8 minutes because wooo arms, back, thighs and glutes all feeling it. Keeping up these workouts will be easy to fit into any busy schedule. Love this, highly recommend. I wish the counter had a light but for the price and the quality I'll take squinting!

LOVE THIS WORKOUT MACHINE !!You definitely feel the burn on your thighs and glutes. On level 3 is even better. You don’t feel any burn in your tummy though so it really just targets your glutes and thighs. It’s stable to use and functions surprisingly well for the price. It saves storage space since it folds and you can basically put it away anywhere. It comes with an instruction booklet. Literally took me about 10-12 mins to build. Super easy I absolutely love it!! This is the third machine I buy from this merchant and it really does not disappoint. I’m beyond excited to continue using it and see improvements on my thighs and glutes. (:

All parts were there. I put it together by myself and it works exactly like it says. I love it

This machine is a great addition to my at home workouts. It came a week sooner than it was scheduled to arrive. Assembly was quick and easy. It is so easy to use and I found workout videos online to help develop routines. I noticed that I am sore in my glute, quad, back and arm areas after use. My knees are resistant to regular body weight squats but this makes it easier and doesn’t cause any knee pain. The machine is sturdy and simple to store. I have no regrets for this purchase.

Bought for my home gym, and really like it. Easy to setup, and its a good workout. It's a pretty basic machine, but for the price it's great. The counter was cracked and broken, but you don't really need it

Great strong product my only issue is that the seat is VERY HARD LIKE A BRICK OR ROCK AND UNCOMFORTABLE but the machine is strong and it works very well if the seat had more cushion I would rate this a 5 star
