I really enjoyed it! The flavor is rich and deep. It’s a great choice for anyone who appreciates quality tea and would make a perfect gift for true tea enthusiasts.

Don't know how it compares to others, so grain of salt. When brewed, it had a gorgeous reddish hue. Has a bit of a fish food smell (like those flakes for goldfish) along with the taste of the first few brews also having that same taste. I do not know if this is normal for Pu'er Tea, but I found this to be a mild enough scent and flavor to enjoy it. By the middle of the steepings, the fish foodiness has gone completely, leaving a lovely taste with a strong tannin tingle on the tongue. Loveliest of all was how this tea made me feel. I could feel my body relaxing in a way certain muscle relaxers do. Just an all over relaxing feeling and easing of tension in my whole body. If this is how every Pu'er will make me feel physically, I will for sure consider it my favorite tea type. For reference, the tea cake is divided into a bunch of little squares. I used four for my tea set which, after the leaves hydrated, filled the pot about half way.

It was good, but it felt a tiny bit lacking in flavor, but for the price I can't complain!

Lovely pecan and chocolate taste. Break apart is so easy. Aging this tea would be even better. I broke my cake into pieces and storing it in a jar. Very enjoyable tea.

I took a amchance and bought this as it looked really cool and easy to use with the scoring on the individual sections on the tea cake. That’s where the positives ended abruptly. Steeped one piece and the color was so light unlike other Pu Ehr I have had. The flavor of the tea soup was so bland, light and basically tasteless I decided to add another piece . That made the tea a little darker and richer, but it still had very little flavor . Price was high as well as it was a smaller 180 gram cake. Buyer beware!

tasty af. you dont even gotta do a rinse steep. oversteep it and its still smooth. if you add cream it brings out how red the tea is. 10/10. other popular puerh cakes on here taste like dirt, this ones' actually good. the segments are really convenient.
