Gives a nice little boost
I love these gummies, they have a good amount of ingredients in them. I personally like to double dose on the week of menstruation, a little tip given to me by my GP. I find it really helps with the fatigue. The taste is quite nice and the texture is bearable which was a lovely added bonus as tasty gummies are much better than pills for me. Would definitely recommend.

These are great
I suffer with low iron, and find the one prescribed from the doctor really upset my stomach. These have been great, they're gentle on my stomach but still have a good amount of iron in them, and they taste great, too!
