Hi, the increments are based on weight 0.1g (0.3~500g), 0.5g (501~1000g), and 1.0g (1001~3000g) For this case. When you put a 520g coffee holder on it and begin to pour over, that will be 0.5g. When you put a 520g coffee holder on it and pour over after tare, that will be 0.1g. I'll show you on the video.
