The "slyde" function is so very hard to pull open!!! i have opened & closed it 6 or 7 times and it takes a giant effort. is there a remedy for this?

With the slide open twist the metal ring to loosen or tighten the tension. Turn to the right for more tension and to the left for less tension.

I bought this 6 months ago and it no longer works, it flickers off immediately. Does your warranty cover defective items? If so how do I contact you?

How do I get just the flashlight to work? I go from worklight to red to flashing when I press the red button? there doesn't appear to be an off mode

The slide portion needs to be closed all the way in order for the flashlight to work. Then the button will turn the flashlight part on and off.

Why is this listed as Rechargeable?

Beats me why it’s listed as rechargeable. I knew it wasn’t when I bought it . I work 3rd shift maintenance and they supply my batteries. Great flashlight but it does eat the batteries. I can get about 30 minutes of continuous use out of 4 batteries
