Really powerful power bank.
This was probably one of the most sturdy and strongest power banks that I've ever received. But upon receiving it, when I went to plug it in to charge it. The item, which is the powerbank, would not accept a charge from the power cord. I got in touch with the company right away. Even though there's no returns in this item, they allowed me to return it. For some reason in the Amazon website, it doesn't show where it is in the system. But I keep track of it by the tracking number and I can tell when it actually reaches the amazon return facility and then I can always chat with somebody on customer service and ask them what's up with my return. Because to be honest with you, I really want another one. But i'm not sure if it's the actual unit that's bad or if it's just the power cord. So when it's all said and done, i'm gonna purchase another one.Hopefully I'll get a discount

Bad description
This does not charge multiple items, it will power off when only a small fan and a phone charging. It will just shut off with a 100% battery life. Its takes over 3 hours to charge not 1.5 hours. I don’t like it at all for the price I just wasted my money

This battery is awesome
I only gave it four stars because this battery pack doesn't last very long, but it really is awesome and worth the purchase!!!! It powers my electric blanket for about 2-3 hours. I use my hair straightener, etc. The solar panels do charge it, too! So awesome.

Heavy duty battery
I use this battery to run a blower fan in my golf cart. It’s unbearable to play golf in this Texas heat and humidity. Some days the heat index is as high as 108*. This is the first battery I’ve found with enough power to run this big fan for 4 hours. Now I can play every day in this Heat.

Brand new, unable to charge. Defective? No refund or replacement from Amazon. 😖BUYER BEWARE!!!
Just came. It’s a bit cold from being outside. So far it won’t charge using the wall socket (AC). Anyone else have this issue with it? A day later still no charging, I believe it is defective. Amazon won’t refund or exchange it. Buyer beware!!! Grecell won’t offer a replacement, or refund. Keep sending me back to Amazon. No one will take responsibility. It has a 2 year warranty, not much good they haven’t honored it yet.
