Life saver!
This has been a life saver for us. I have a Bassador (basset hound, yellow lab) that is LOUD and likes to just bark at anything and everything. We moved to a new house where our neighbors are close, yards are small and there’s an HOA. We could not figure out how to curb his barking and our vet suggested this collar. It was easy to train him with this and was effective immediately with great results writing a few weeks. We only use the vibration and beeping as the shock didn’t seem to phase him, but he hates the vibration. If he’s intensely barking at the neighbor dog through the fence, then it doesn’t really help, but that doesn’t happen often. The battery life is really good and we put it on when he goes outside and take it off when he comes in. It says not to leave it on for more than a certain length of time, maybe 12 hours? I’m not sure so definitely read the instructions. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Unsafe and Poor Quality – Two Collars Failed
I bought this Jugbow Dog Shock Collar on April 2 for my service animal’s sensor training, allowing him to safely enjoy off-leash time in less populated areas. It worked great at first, and he really depended on it. But by July, the ring volume weakened, and the buttons started working inconsistently, causing dangerous situations when he didn’t receive the proper signal. I bought a second collar at full price, hoping the first one was just defective, but the new one is now doing the exact same thing. That’s over $100 wasted, and it’s affected my service dog’s safety and training. I even recommended this collar to others before these issues began. Really disappointed — a product meant for safety and control should be reliable, not unpredictable.

Great ecollar for training
I've had this for quite a while now, and I wanted to make sure I was happy with the delay, and to my surpise the delay is not very long from the time I press the button to the time it gives the beep/vibration on the collar or even the shock (Used on my hand). I use e-collars when training my dogs. This one works so much better than others I have purchased in the past. The battery is long-lasting on the remote and on the collar itself.

Pretty solid training option
Not a huge fan of the shocking function, but the vibrating and sound options do the job. We have a 9 month old Golden Doodle, he loves to jump and greet everyone with open paws. Giving him a gentle reminder with the sound and then the vibration has been working wonders for us. I will say it is pretty big, my dog is about 30 pounds and this model has a ton of excess strap on the collar and doesnt fit very snug.

Watch style is awesome and Jugbow has great customer service.
I had this for almost2 months and the pin connecting the band to the watch pushed through the band. Checked everywhere for a replacement that would fit but no luck. Contacted Jugbow and they sent me a whole new watch and controller. Was so grateful because the watch controller is much more convenient than the hand held ones because u never have the controller at the exact time u need it. Not so with the watch. Love that about this product and totally recommend it . When I’m not wearing it I pretend and hold up my wrist and point to it and tell him I will buzz him and he stops the behavior.

Not great for fearful dogs
As far as functionality, I think it’s a great E-collar, but if your dog is fearful of new things, I don’t think this is the way to go. We have a 63 pound 2 year old Australian Shepherd who can be reactive on leash so we were hoping this could help. We watched videos on how to introduce your dog to an e-collar and the moment I brought it out, our dog ran away from me lol. (Don’t worry, we were in our house.) I hadn’t even turned it on yet, it felt like she had been exposed to one before…. But we never ever used one before and we’ve had her since 8 weeks. First we tried the sound option and she was totally freaked out by it. Then we tried the vibrate option thinking maybe that would be less scary, which was better but she already decided she was scared of the collar. So we’ve never tried the shock except on ourselves to test it out and level one was enough to freak me out haha. I still plan to work with her to not be so scared of the sound and vibrate options. I tried throwing it around like a toy in the backyard and playing the sound to desensitize her from it which seemed to help a little, but I think it will take some time. Anyway, the TLDR is that if your dog tends to be scared of new things and you don’t have the time or patience to help them get comfortable with the collar, I’d try something else.

Great for the price
Ive purchased many dog training collars over the years and this is the best one for the price. We love how long the battery lasts on the collar and remote. The only things we would change is how the collar is charged isnt a standard charging port. So dont loose your charging cable!
