Upon arrival the door was not closing properly and we had to keep securing it against a wall or a table so it latches shut.

Guten Tag. der Box ist sehr leicht und trotzdem robust passt ganz meiner Vorstellung. Habe lange gesucht aber gefunden!!

Surprised how well it worked
I was leery at first when it arrived. I was used to seeing the big bulky hard plastic models. This one is lightweight but definitely does the job. Kept food hot for hour's.
